Hector Hernandez
Hector is one of the co-founders of H.H. Morris & Co.,LLC and has over 22 years of
experience in the real estate industry. He began his career as a realtor at one of the
top residential brokerages in the U.S. and eventually began buying distressed
residential assets in the South-Central Los Angeles area. Over two decades he has
overseen the purchase, renovation, and resell of well over 1,000 projects and has
helped build an extensive portfolio of buy and hold rental properties. He currently runs
the acquisition, development, and management of the residential and multi-unit property
portfolio. Hector currently resides in the Los Angeles area with his wife and son and is
active in various philanthropic activities.

William
Morris III
William is one of the co-founders of H.H. Morris & Co.,LLC and has an extensive
entrepreneurial and military service distinction background. He served 2 tours in Iraq
and was a recipient of the Bronze Star as well as various other awards and
achievements during his 8 years in service. Upon his return from active duty, William
started various successful businesses and is now the Chief Marketing Officer of the
company and plays the lead role in acquisition relations. He holds a bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. William lives in the Los
Angeles area with his wife and 3 children.
